Customer Satisfaction Executive (operations) - Tel

Responsible for Order to Cash Processing-Maintaining database of client schools over phone. Maintain, generate accurate Purchase orders. Ensure timely and accurate recording of Purchase orders and reporting to Management, this also covers the complete range of customer queries post processing. Order Entry in ERP, tracking deliveries, queries/ complaint follow ups, Coordinate with supply chain department and Finance department. Maintaining training calender, venue booking, material management. Raising invoices/ credit note. Dealing with escalated cases and queries related to customer POs & reports. Any other task as may be assigned by Reporting Manager/Management. Hands on experience on using Oracle.Handle escalations smoothly. Salary:INR 2,50,000 - 3,00,000 P.A.
