Manager - Inside Sales

ICMG is the worlds leading Enterprise and IT Architecture Firm. We are looking for people who will make an impact and be a part of our success story. As a Business Owner, the role is chartered with growing iCMGs consulting and training business from existing 32 countries to 55 countries in next 2-3 years with focus on APAC, Europe and Americas region. The person will work very closely with the iCMG Analysis, planning &execution and opportunity conversion team to drive sales and business across the region. Primary Responsibilities: Consultant shall be available and shall provide to the Company professional services related to inside sales for: Generating revenue related to Enterprise & IT Architecture Services (training, certifications, consulting etc.) offerings Managing & co-coordinating training events/conferences etc. Involved in various strategic initiatives, forecasting the revenue, building a sales team that could be successfully used. Excellent understanding of total sales cycle, hand holding the sales team and devising mechanism to streamline revenue growth Generate inquiries and sales leads through various channels including cold calling, leveraging existing contacts and participating on various networking sites. Manage list creation, list management, and email campaigns Identifying, developing and managing business opportunities across the globe. Create appropriate marketing material and collateral's as needed for the market. Create interest & awareness for Company solutions and services in the international markets Inside sales, business development, lead generation, sales cycle -Very Structured (Analysis, reports, experience in using any Sales Management or CRM Tool) . -Knowledge about social networking sites, research tools. -Ability to work independently while being a part of a team.
