Human Resource Assistant
Responsibilities: Assist to oversee employee recruitment and selection in areas of requisitions, job advertisements, recruitment agencies coordination and arrangement for & conduct interviews, etc. Conduct orientation for new employees Updating and maintaining monthly staff turnover and fulfilment report Responsible for all HR documentations and administration duties Assist in administering of work pass applications/renewal/cancellation of work passes Assist in the managing employee relations through gathering feedbacks - listening, understanding, managing and resolving conflicts and grievances Compile and analyze HR related reports for management team Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Minimum āNā level or and above. Certificate in HRM will be an added advantage Preferably 1-2 years of relevant working experience administration duties Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin speaking Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Words, Powerpoint and Outlook Meticulous, organized and able to work under tight deadlines Independent and resourceful Excellent interpersonal and communication skills High level of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy Only Singaporean and PR may apply
