Develops plans for efficient use of the assigned manpower. Should possess skills to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals or governmental regulations. Excellent skills to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Should be able to demonstrate the ability of effective presentation of information and response to questions from groups of managers, customers and the general public. Should be able to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Should be able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
