Urgent Opening for Presale Executive

Locations : Bangalore / PUNE/ Hyderabad/ Chennai/ Ahmadabad/ Coimbatore Generating leads. Managing customer throughout the product life cycle.( overlaps with After sales) Solution Preparation/Proposal based on Customers Requirements, Product demonstrations, Proof of Concept Creation understanding what the customer needs, develop an initial view of the solution that customer needs, then tailor the product or service to meet what the customer needs, explain (or help sell) this solution to the customer, help close the deal or sale and often stay on to ensure that the delivery team and support that follows, provide the intended solution. Following Pre sales process for Vu Telepresence, India. Sales team to be provided with Vu Telepresence product documents like Vu TP brochure, technical datasheet, competitors analysis, case studies for reference, Flyers (developed by marketing team) Product Training for Sales personnels as & when required. Co-ordination for arranging site inspections, POC's & office demos and sometimes support help for Vu Telepresence customers. Conducting Site inspections, POCs & support related procedures. Multichannel in house co-ordination approach (eg. bridge between sales & support) for faster process. Co-ordinating with customers for any unresolved queries & working towards customer satisfaction with regards to our product. Timely feedback from existing India customers to get references & additional sales. Telephonic & personal feedbacks from existing customer s. Average experience should be 4-5 yrs, candidate should have experience in understanding NETWORKS & Videoconferencing, having good communication skills and interacting with Corporate & Enterprises.
