Operating System Administration: - Windows 2000/2003 Server, RHEL Web Servers: IIS, Apache, IBM WebSphere WebServer. Application Server: - JBoss, Tomcat, Weblogic, IBM WebSphere Knowledge of Virtual Technologies, Cloud Computing, VM Ware Database Knowledge (Basic Admin): - My SQL, Oracle 10g/11g, DB2. Hands on experience on Handling Hosted Production Java Application Environment, International Customers, communications. Strong Troubleshooting, Problem resolution skills. Customer Focus, dedicated to Customer success. Be able to work in rotating shifts with 24x5 Support model and be available scheduled weekend maintenance or support rotational on-call for weekend activities. Self-starter and a proactiveness Desired Skills Production Support, JDBC, ODBC, IT Networking Concepts, IT Networking Protocols (DNS, TCP/IP, SMTP, Telnets etc). Aware of ITIL Framework (Certification in ITIL V3 could be added advantage) Troubleshooting and supporting/managing Databases for integrated suite of java applications. Job Profile : Managing Java Applications running on Hosted Production Environment. Maintain Hosting Environment SLA/SLOs. Java Application Deployment on Hosted (Websphere, Weblogic, JBOSS) Production Environment, New Environment Setup, up-grades to sandbox/production application, implementation. Support to On Premise customers. New Hosted Site setup. Handling cases escalated to Application Management queue.
