Assistant Manager - Training & Development - 1 Ope

Key Responsibilities Planning end-to-end execution of workshops including Training Need Analysis Content development, scheduling participants, facilitation, measuring training effectiveness and making changes to content if required. Designing modules that would help the individual understand their new role and also enhance their skills to perform consistently and meet expectations. Reviewing content at regular intervals to ensure all updates are incorporated. Publishing the dashboard to business heads with the coverage details and impact of the workshop. Conducting Motivational Programmes like Change Management, Team Building, High Performing Team, Service Excellence Etc. Understanding Business Unit training requirement and designing the module according to the business requirement Motivate employees and help them withstand the changes in the organization and also help in handling stress. Workshops like Young Managers Programme, Conflict Management, Email Etiquette, Communication, Etc. To work closely with management to ensure the full potential, utilization of all training facilities, process, resources. Designing the Activity sheets Preparing the PowerPoint Presentation Planning Organizing and coordinating the new joiners induction Knowledge of ISO and other quality standards Desired Profile Good educational background 5-6 plus years of experience in the soft-skill training Should be open to work in different time line based on the training requirement Knowledge of ISO and other quality related stuff will be added advantage Experience 5 - 8 Years Industry Type KPO / Research / Analytics Role Training Manager
