Talent Acquisition Position

Job Description: This role is to own the responsibility of Talent Acquisition for (Infrastructure Managed Services) in North and South locations. Key responsibilities will include recruitments of IT and Non IT professionals ranging from technical to Sales professionals or back office support, induction and orientation, and talent management initiatives. Job Responsibilities: Specific responsibilities will include: *Talent Sourcing & Acquisition for Managed Services (SAS, FMS, Desktop Engineers, Linux, Unix,Networking, server, security ) for North and South regions. *Hiring both IT and NON IT Professionals. *Specialist in hiring IT professionals all levels in Infrastructure Services Desktop Engineers,Network Engineers, System Administrators, Project Managers and Sales Professionals Hiring Software professionals and doing campus hiring for BTECH and MBA"s. *Making daily recruitment report to be sent to all SBU owners. *Interacting with different SBU owners for requirements and approval for hiring. *Sourcing the candidates through job portals, consultants, references, Computer Institutes and other sources. *Do initial HR screening and coordinate in the process of selection.(different levels) *Offer discussion and send the offer letter. *Responsible for all the assests for the new joiner like IT Assests, Mobile connection, visiting cards etc. *Induction and Joining formalities. *Finding new sources of recruitments. *Will be involved in Campus Hiring for technical and non technical profiles. Desired Profile A HR professional with a passion and zeal for recruitments. Good exposure in handling bulk requirements and ability to take initiative and close the requirements on time. *Graduate or an MBA/PGDM (Full Time) in HR from a respected institute. *2 - 4 years of experience, in the services industry preferably with a technology services company. Ideal person would be from consultancy /Organizational background. *Adaptive and self motivated. *Exposure to all kind of IT recruitments. *Good in MIS and working with MS office. *Finding new sources of recruitments and good in relationship building. *Good communication skill and a good listener. *Open to travel and long work hours. *Handled induction and orientation process for new joiners. *Should be process oriented.
