LPMF Team Lead / M4

The primary function of SFDC lead will be to conceptualize, develop and implement of SFDC portal & other pre-sales automation & over all process architectures, liaising with IT. Gather inputs for policy formulation, monitoring & governance of account listings, overall functioning of SFDC, Empower, PPM its continuous improvement. Requirement gathering, workflow creation and analysis, and development of SFDC application for Sales team Creating Project Plan and flashing dashboards for the same Gathering the SFDC workflow requirements for all TCL & TTL products by proactively working with all functional teams to facilitate desired results. Gathering inputs, creation of sales process workflows, submitting BRS and be proactively involved till the implementation of the same; Creating training schedule and related requirements, Communication calendar for internal corporate communication Creating master database for role and SFDC ID creation Managing the SFDC licenses for both TCL and TTL instance for SME BU Be extensively involved in development phase, SIT testing and participating in User Acceptance Testing Formation of governance policy, and related guide lines around the TTL & TCL account listing for SME BU Enabling the SFDC & Empower Integration by gathering the functional requirement and existing process flows Salary:INR 9,00,000 - 12,00,000 P.A Industry:Telcom / ISP Functional Area:Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category:Corporate Sales Role:Branch Manager/Regional Manage
