Manager - IT CRM Support

Main purpose of the Job : Analyze Daily Calls in the helpdesk (2nd & 3rd Level ) for FP, LP, Tubes & Wires for the customer relationship management process Interaction with helpdesk personnel & impacted users / users groups for the logged incidents Provide resolution to the IT problems by technically probing the cause and suggesting /implementing the solutions and/or providing work around to the users to address the business needs Escalate calls to seniors in case any KPIs are going to breach SLA Interact with call centers to address technical issues reported to Call centre on daily basis Analyze the daily calls of Calls centers and provide solutions Develop FAQ of the problems and solutions to streamline the support & its sustenance Interaction with Functional & Technical team to proactively know about changes / enhancements coming up in the eco systems related to CRM Inform customers thru helpdesk / call centers on the proposed changes in the system to ensure smooth transition and implementation Do Incident / call analysis; routed to IT helpdesk / call centre Initiate CAPA, make changes & implement using RCA technique Participate in Daily Management activities as per departmental guidelines Take SIP , GB & other improvement projects to improve the eco systems Conduct customer survey to ascertain Daily Management KPIs such as SLE, Compliance to SLA, Job compliance etc. Key Activities : Design and IT enable Business Processes Managing the per guideline of Quality Management Systems ISO 9001, ISO 2000, ISO 27001 Working with various support groups in ITS to ensure compliance to agreed SLA & MOUs with key stakeholders Seek Opportunity to optimize IT cost and create business value through IT services for Marketing & Sales. Desired Profile Candidate should have experience in at least 2 technology platforms such as SAP R3/ ABAP/ Oracle ADF/ D2K / .Net/ Object Oriented ABAP / JAVA / Lotus Notes /SAP BI/BO/SAP PI Experience 2 - 6 Years Industry Type Iron and Steel Role Technical Support Engineer
