Key Objective / Purpose of Job: Part of Professional Service team for Hosted Contact center platform for TCL, Objective is to provide custom solution & to enhance the features in platform by customization. Major Activities: Custom Solution Design, Analysis/feasibility study & preparing scope of work, IVR development, Team Management. Desired Profile Essential Qualifications: BE/B.Tech (Computer Science or Telecommunication)/MCA. Requisite Skills: Skill : C/C+, SQL-Server, Oracle, CTI/IVR, Strong Understanding of Hosted Contact Center Solution, sound understanding of Web services, Call Centre solution experience, XML, CRM applications. Technical C/C+, C#, SQL-Server, Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) Media Gateway Control Protocol (MEGACO), Session Description Protocol (SDP), Voice Over IP (VOIP), SS7, Computer Telephonic Integration, IVR Development, Understanding of Web services, XML/VXML, Oracle, CRM applications. Functional Strong Understanding of Hosted Contact Centre Solutions, Team Management, Customer Management. Behavioral Customer Centric /People Centric Business acumen Ability to withstand pressure in handling projects Excellent analytic/logical thinking Work Experience More than 7-8 years of experience on Software development in IVR and telecom domain. Experience 7 - 8 Years Role IT/Networking-Manager
