Field Sales Officer

Sales: Responsible & accountable for Channel Partners sales/business targets for the assigned location. Achieve business targets as set by the company month on month. Endeavor to exceed the same at all times. Make inroads into the customer base of the Channel Partner through referrals from the Partner team. Generate & drive good quality business for the location. Prospect & meet customers within & outside the partner premises as required. Work collectively with the Partner employees as a team to achieve business numbers. Seek commitment from the Partner towards achievement of business objectives. Relationship Management: Forge strong relationships with the partner employees across all levels at the location assigned. To fully align with the Partners organizational set- up. Strive to embody the Partners Organizational practices, goals and sensibilities. Strictly adhere to the Channel Partners rules & regulations Give regular (weekly) business updates to the Partner location head Encourage & highlight good contributors from amongst the Partners Team./Workforce Strategize & interact closely with Branch Managers/Senior Management of Channel Partner Highlight the revenue potential & its implications to the business of the channel partner. Customer orientation & reporting/ (MIS): To ensure high service standards at all stages of the sales process. Customer satisfaction to be given critical importance. Strong post-sales service in respect to all domains. MIS Reporting: Maintenance and presentation of reports in the relevant formats of the daily activities & progress made in business. Extend post sales assistance to the customers of the channel Partner Salary:INR 1,50,000 P.A.
