Academy & Operations Support Executive


  • Responsible for the strategy and framework of Customer Care Academy Bay. 
  • Oversee a team of Academy Coaches to ensure that trainings are delivered effectively, SLA standards are met, guidelines are adhered to and initiatives are implemented
  • Ensure competency level of new recruits and their smooth transition from training to work environment. 
  • Monitor the training/coaching curriculum and criteria for graduation across all hotlines
  • Observe classroom training and provide feedback to trainers and Operations.
  • Facilitate floor/classroom discussions and on-going meetings.
  • Monitor training results against objectives & performance metrics and implement interventions for improvement
  • Organize and coordinate graduation activities for new recruits
  • Be the Point of Contract between Operations and trainers
  • Track forward planning for ABAYs intake and provide timely call-outs.
  • Involve in process improvements
  • Attend daily/weekly/monthly meetings.
  • Minimum Diploma in any discipline from a recognized institution
  • A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good planning, decision making and presentation skills
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Previous Call Center Operations exposure would be an advantage.
