Manufacturing Planner

Responsibilities : Coordinate, plan and execute material flow to the production line. Perform receipt and issue of sub assembly parts in final production line. Monitor inventory and report to Process Engineer / Planning Manager on low level stock. Maintain up-to-date production progress for customer Estimate production time and provide a more efficient manufacturing method to management. Assist Production Supervisor in monitoring technician’s man-hour and manage Accurate Kanban in the production line. Forward planning of in-house work schedule. Coordinate with Material Resources on smooth transition of parts to production line. Assist Material Planner in generating and closing of production orders Monitor shortages in assembly line and coordinate with supply chain management in expediting parts to production. Requirements: Diploma / Degree in Supply Chain Management / Logistic / Manufacturing Engineering At least 2 years of related experience Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Material Requirement Planning (MRP) systems Proficient in Microsoft Excel Knowledge in SAP will be an advantage Ability to work under pressure to meet tight schedule and fast paced environment Strong decision making and organization skill Understanding in procurement process and supply chain.
