Assistant Manager

Responsibilities / KRAs: 1. Ongoing upkeep of office premise/s and ensure safe and clean work environment for the employees 2. Identification and empanelment of Vendors, suppliers, and other 3rd party contractors as required by the organization 3. Identifying and developing strong vendor relationships that are reliable and cost effective 4. Responsible for Inventory Management and maintenance of all office equipment, including periodic preventive maintenance. 5. Office Cafeteria 6. Organizing travel arrangements for employees both within and outside the Country, which would also include Hotel arrangements, Travel arrangements (Ticketing and Ground transportation) 7. Overall bills processing and cost control 8. Coordinating with different projects/functions for their smooth functioning 9. Interaction with new hires till the date of joining 10. Reporting the status of Administrative initiatives and functions
