Manager / Sr Manager - Business Development

RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for lead generation, lead conversion, lead closure, and smooth transitioning of processes to include customer care, helpdesk support, telemarketing, back office support Research, develop, and maintain an active prospect pipeline, associated reports, and projections. Expert in cold calling, negotiating contracts, consultative selling, and partnering with others. Responsible for drafting and responding to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQs from clients. Conduct prospect and existing client presentations. End-to-end responsibility for managing client visits. Preparing and presenting business proposals and infomercial presentations to the clients. Responsible for communication updates between the client and the operations team. Negotiating service level agreements.
