Responsibilities: You will be report directly to a Company Manager (a Italian lady) to provide personal assistance support for senior regional expatriates. Arrange of traveling and apply of visa Manage of meeting schedule, arrange of teleconference / meeting Take care of Expenses/claims Taking of minutes Organise events/ parties Any other administration duties assigned Requirements: Good written and spoken English. Able to liaise with expatriates is a must. Proficiency in Ms office Ability to handle confidential information/issues Good personality Good coordination skills Independent and resourceful At least 2 year of Secretary or personal assistant experience LCCI Private Secretarial certification or Minimum Diploma holder Willing to take contract from April 2013 to Dec 2013 (to replace someone on maternity leave) Other Information: Industry: Retail (MNC) Salary: $1800 - $2200 Working Location: Central No of Working Day: 5 days Working Hour: 9am to 6pm
