Accounts Executive / 5 days

Timely and accurate processing of the monthly payroll Attend to staff’s queries on payroll matters Liaise with IRAS on tax reporting matters related to employees (such as annual tax filing and income tax clearance for foreign employees) Submission of CPF reports Submit NS make-up pay, maternity and childcare leave claims Prepare pay slips for employees Prepare monthly reconciliations, schedules and monthly/quarterly reports Provide payroll related information for internal and external audits. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Min. LCCI / Diploma and at least 2 years experience in Payroll Knowledge of statutory regulations, CPF contributions, and Tax laws for Singapore Proficient in MS Office applications Highly meticulous and organized Possess good communication skills Experience in SAP Payroll System will be an added advantage Working Location: West Camp Road, transportation provided Working hours: 7.45 am to 5.30pm
