Human Resource Executive / Senior Human Resource

Full spectrum of human resource talent management activities including compensation and benefits administration, payroll administration, performance and rewards management, maintaining and management of statistics, surveys, statutory returns and benchmarking Full spectrum of human resource talent development activities including talent resource planning & budgeting, recruitment, selection, retention & retirement management, talent relations & engagement, and learning & development management General office services including administration of travel services for employees traveling overseas, processing of travel claims, organizing of corporate events and general administration of the corporate services office Defining, updating and reviewing policies and procedures and exploring, implementing and maintaining appropriate IT systems and initiatives related to HR and general office administration Requirements: Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration A professional HR qualification is preferred Minimum of 3 - 5 years generalist experience in the areas required of the position, preferably in the engineering services or related industries General knowledge of cross-border human resource practices, Microsoft desktop tools Good writing, presentation, communication and interpersonal skills Seniority in designation for this position depends on the qualities of the candidate
