Duties include but not limited to the following : Process financial & management accounts using Quickbooks Monitor cashflow and treasury management Bank Reconciliations, Month-end Balance Sheet schedules Liase with vineyards on stock matters and payments Overall in charge of Accounts Receivables & Payables Quarterly submission of GST Liase with bankers, auditors, company secretary, tax agent and other govt bodies Payroll and CPF online submission Human Resource & administrative duties Adhoc accounts & admin tasks as assigned by CEO or CFO Prerequisites : Minimum 4 years relevant working experience Minimum Diploma / Degree in Accountancy with knowledge of Excel, Word Knowledge of accounting software like Quickbooks or MYOB Able to start work immediately or within short notice Only Singaporean / PR need apply
