AVP - Investment Advisory

Responsible for driving the advisory proposition of the Branch Responsible for the incremental asset under management for the branch mapped by showcasing excellent portfolio management capabilities Understand all products on the approved list and be able to articulate recommendation and house view to clients/RMs Guiding the Relationship Managers on how to pitch the Value Proposition & specifically Advisory proposition to the clients Ensure adequate support for the Relationship managers to help them achieve their desired objectives without compromising on the quality of advice Training on various products and market overview to the Relationship Managers at a branch level. Mentoring & the Induction of the new Relationship Managers Contribute to the house view on direction of equity & debt markets To stay ahead of the curve, recommend new asset classes to Head of Investment Advisory where clients might be expressing interest Track competition and take great initiatives and come up with new and improved ideas for improving the advisory proposition Ensure regular meeting with new and existing clients Responsible for conducting regular portfolio reviews for clients and also ensuring effective implementation of the same To carry out scientific financial planning for the clients Salary:Not Disclosed by Recruiter
