IT Deskside Support Engineer (Junior)

Provide IT products assistance and support to end users (desktops, laptops, printers, network peripherals and applications) Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals) Support/troubleshooting and diagnosing of hardware or software issues Procurement and setup and configuration of new IT equipment Follow through on an installation task from beginning till end Check to ensure new setup and installations are working properly Assist end user in synchronizing user accounts Guide end user on required applicable tasks Requirements: Minimum NITEC and above holders At least 3 years of relevant working experience in end user deskside support environment Candidates with lesser years of experience may apply for a junior position Good knowledge in Win XP/7, Outlook 2003/2010 on MS Exchange 2003/2010, MS Office 2003/2010, Internet Explorer 7/8, Anti-Virus Software (Norton Anti-Virus & McAfee Anti-Virus), Adobe Acrobat, Winzip, Ghost Imaging,etc Good knowledge in MS office application and business application support Able to communicate well in English Strictly for Singaporeans and Permenant residents only With a competitive remuneration and a workplace culture that rewards excellence, we would like to invite interested applicants to email your detail resume with Current salary& Expected salary Reasons for leaving (Past and present employment) Notice period A Photograph of yourself
