POSITION SUMMARY
The Inbound Inside Marketing Representative will initiate the beginning stages of the sales cycle and track its progress by calling all inbound leads from the web in an effort to support their success and identify their business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS according to Strategic Business Plan
* Review incoming web leads and associated score, validate the demographic data for the lead.
* Call and qualify leads, set appointments with their respective QlikTech rep.
* Categorize contact and update CRM system.
* Create Goal-Identified (GI) Summary Letters
* Track and manage success in converting leads to GIs.
* Participate in team meetings, networking, and activities to grow the business.
* Responsible for providing reports on all business development activities.
* Ability to initiate the first phase of the sales cycle, create awareness, interest and the need that can lead to a successful sale.
* Ability to speak with high level executives about QlikView business solutions.
* Help to Influence the lead-to-close revenue by using effective sales messaging.
* Ability to overcome objections and effectively articulate a business message.
* Meet/exceed monthly quota as established by QT management from time to time.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in software telemarketing/telesales into large complex organizations
* Bachelor equivalent mandatory
Languages
* Business level English mandatory
* Other relevant languages would be an advantage
Experience (technical, commercial, industry / product / functional expertise, etc.)
