QUota Carrying Sales Manager Belux

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS - According to Strategic Business Plan                  

    * Lead and coach regional sales team in developing prospects, qualifying opportunities, and closing sales throughout your sales region.

    * Coach and mentor partner sales managers to apply and utilize the QlikTech sales strategy and methodology

    * Direct responsibility for set of key accounts and managing their growth in line with your revenue targets

    * Develop and execute joint business plans with your team

    * Ensure that a strong pipeline is built and managed throughout the business unit.

    * Meet or exceed revenue targets as directed by corporate initiatives

    * Prospecting for new clients, building a cohesive team including corporate marketing, pre and post sales consultants and Partner sales

    * Management Reviews & Reporting (RD & RVP). Pipeline reviews, territory planning and forecasting,

    * Participation in trade show events, workshops and seminars

    * Develops relationships with prospects

    * Plans ahead for seeing customers and prospects


    * Understands the selling process from initial prospecting to closing the sale
    * Identifies appropriate buyer/decision maker in the organization and maintains contact with the decision maker on an ongoing basis


    * Partners with Sales management, marketing, channel and professional service

Technical Knowledge

    * Understands technology, understands QlikTech technical product/service/license offerings
    * Understands how a client’s data is built

Qualifications and Experience

    * Sales/people management of experienced sales teams
    * Experience of selling  software solutions to large and mid-size companies within the business intelligence software and/or enterprise applications markets
    * Experience in driving business
    * Proven track record of meeting targets
    * Comfortable working in complex business environments, which include obtaining buy-in from senior decision makers
    * Demonstrated ability to bring deals to closure and assist account executives as needed
    * Commercial awareness of sales related contracts
    * Excellent communication, listening, presentation, and writing expertise
    * Strong interpersonal, leadership and managerial qualities
    * Flexibility, agility and change management skills
    * Strong negotiation competence
    * An outgoing, focused and organized person with a strong will to succeed
    * Excellent verbal and written English skills as the company language is English
