HR Executive

Responsibilities:- Able to close monthly full sets of accounts from AR, AP, PL and BS Preparation of Quarterly GST Submission Report Liaising with bankers Liaising with external parties such as auditor, tax agent, secretary & etc Preparation of Bank reconciliation Maintain Fixed Assets Register Undertake other related jobs from time to time Handle all ancillary accounting and administrative works as assigned Handle Petty cash reimbursements Handle staffs' overseas and local expenses claim Handle all recruitment posting and interview arrangement matters and prepare appointment letter Handle employees' welfare, compensation, benefits & incentives, insurance and claims Familiar with MOM regulations and employment act Keeps track and monitor annual leave, medical leave, medical and other claims. Able to handle monthly payroll & CPF submission Keeps track of employees’ confirmation, increment and promotion Provide feedback to management, and assist in company activities Provide administrative support HR administration and duties assigned by Directors Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements:- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in accounting Positive, outgoing attitude, customer oriented Good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Required language(s): English & Chinese.
