Sr. Technical Specialist - System Engineer

Responsibility & Key Result Areas The System Engineer is driving system features development and integration activities throughout the product teams. Analyzes system-level needs and translate them into engineering (DRS) requirements Leads product non-clinical requirements Plans, oversees and executes the Systems Engineering activities in the project/subsystem, including integration, coordination, synchronization of the technical work Leads system features feasibility and tradeoff studies as well as performance analysis and improvement effort Leads the preparation of technical documentation Supports Verification and Validation Provides 4th level support for pre and post sales Desired Profile Academic Degree in Computer Science, SW Engineering - with at least 6 years experience. At least 3 years of intensive experience in Systems engineering with solid SW background or leading position in SW development including integration IT experience - advantage Proven contribution to a large scale product Three years involvement in a global multi-team project Experience with technical writing and fluent English Ability to compose system requirements and test design Good communication, influencing and conflict resolution skills Ability to manage several efforts simultaneously (multitasking) Personal Characteristics Multi-tasking and flexible.
