HR Admin

Responsibilities: Provide administrative support in the review, development and implementation of HR policies, plans, processes and programmes. Administer and execute HR functions support, such as recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, maintenance of HR records etc. Provide secretarial and administrative support to HR director and HR Manager Organize and coordinate meetings arrangements. Preparation of presentation materials and reports. Coordinate overseas traval arrangement and claim, etc. Ad-hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Mature with minimum 1 years of HR Admin experience Have good word & excel skills Someone detailed and organized with good communication skills Able to start work with short notice period Must be Singaporean or SPR ONLY
