Sales Manager for a UK Based IT Publishing House

The Sales Ops Manager will manage the Sales function within Packts Operations department in Mumbai. They will create and manage the Sales team, and coordinate with other relevant departments in Ops, to deliver Operations services to the Channels team in Birmingham and consequently to customers. The Sales Ops Manager will be responsible for sales-related activities in operations, with an overview of all the interlinking activities that make up the service we offer to our partners. - This role will be responsible for working with the Channels team to make sure our services are optimised for our partners needs, both currently and looking ahead, and that we are fully utilising our operational capabilities. - The Sales Ops Manager needs to create a Sales team that is focused on our business partners as customers. This includes Trade customers who will be managed within the Trade Sales Team, as well aslarger accounts who we handle directly. - The Sales unit in operations will handle all external sales partner communication and change management, as well as ongoing orders and reporting.
