Sales Representative



Accountable for managing a specified territory for sales, profitability, growth, customer relationship management, coordination and implementation of application. Provide product training and maintain and develop complex relationships with existing customers.


• Develop and implement comprehensive plans for customer relationship management, in order to maintain and increase sales in the region.


 • Ensuring fulfilment of the contract for existing customers


 • Informing customers about new and existing products, concepts and industry trends in order to expand the Company’s product portfolio.


 • Taking care of customer complaints and customer needs analysis by investigating problems, developing solutions and providing recommendations


 • Feedback to sales, product management and R & D relating to sample opinions of the customers businesses or product reviews, on the performance of devices as well as customers' suggestions to improve the products and services.


 • Organisation of product demonstrations, presentations and sample enterprises and creation of all relevant documentation, materials and documents such as proposals, leases, etc.


 • Introduction of new products (equipment, consumables and software) to customers


 • Continuously updating their own knowledge of current market data and competitors' activities in terms of price, product and performance


 • Participation in exhibitions, conferences and meetings as well as developing and maintaining contacts with prospective customers at these events


Key Competencies


• Demonstrated competence in managing a sales territory and implementation of a marketing plan


 • Competence to understand the customer requirements and the training of customers and users in the use of the products


 • Ability to work independently, but also as part of a team


 • Excellent social and communication skills


 • Good computer skills in MS Office, ERP and CRM


      Language: English fluent in spoken and written
      Bachelor of Science / Bachelor of Arts degree (or equivalent) in Life Science or Nursing Education
      Proven sales experience in the medical field
      Willingness to travel for business, often for trips of several days
