Business Development Manager

Our customer base has doubled in the last year. • You want to contribute to the success of your clients by offering world class, innovative products to help grow their business. • You are highly motivated, goal driven, and continuously strive to grow as a business development professional. • You enjoy a team-based fun working environment. • You’re motivated to work on the road as the need arises Here’s what a week with us looks like.... • Proactively generate revenue by selling marketing and technology solutions directly into the Education Sector. • Be a driving force in the success of OCA Group’s goals and objectives by creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. • Aggressively drive initial stages of sales cycle, including prospecting, lead follow-up, qualification and presentations with prospects, assisting and guiding them through the evaluation and selection process. • Become an expert in the features, benefits and application of the BPO Intelligence and Object Next products while maintaining a high level of knowledge of competitors, market and industry trends. • Ensure our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service. • Collaborate with our international teams to share information from clients and prospective customers, and to research problems and find solutions. What we’re looking for... • Highly motivated, and competitive team player; able to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment. • Strong sales skills – prospecting, listening, rapport building, presenting, negotiating and closing techniques. • Persistence in the face of obstacles and opposition. • Passion for and responsibility to the client, using tact and good judgment to develop and maintain relationships. • Personal and corporate integrity, representing BPO Intelligence and Object Next well, both inside and outside the workplace. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on persuasion and presentation abilities. • Excellent computer and internet skills, including experience with Microsoft Office programs, and CRM tools. • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding assigned quotas; experience selling technology or printing solutions a plus. • Experience selling into the Education Sector is preferred but not essential.
