Sr Manager - GPMA

Working effectively in cross-functional teams to provide key insights around pricing and market access, to influence and drive brand strategy. To include: -The development, dissemination & evolution of pricing and market access documents for selected key strategic diseases/conditions (e.g. Payer Disease Primer-PDP, Briefing Books-BB, and Core Value Prospectus - CVP) and activities (e.g. Critical evaluation of HTA reports, inputs to strategy documents). -Contributing to payor ad-board meetings (pre-reads, organization, minutes) and payor research (project briefs, draft discussion guides, analysis, insights) 1.Leadership and Coordination -Act as business partner with Strategic Pricing and Market Access Directors on prioritization, content & timing of deliverables to align with project milestones -Give direction, guidance, and mentorship to direct reports and junior col-leagues -Develop long term, peer-level relationships with key internal stakeholders. 2.Subject Matter Expert -Monitor public information (published literature, payer websites) for health technology assessment (HTA) market access (MA), pricing & reimbursement (P&R) issues and trends; apply learnings to our business -Continuous enhancement and dissemination of knowledge and experience in HTA/MA/P&R by participation in training, peer coaching and attending meetings and conferences 3.Business Impact -Lead the development and maintain the relevance of key GPMA documents (PDPs, CVPs, brand strategy documents, BBs/ad-board materials, HTA and competitor reviews). -Ensure key insights are derived from above activities to drive the business; communicate and drive these learnings within the organization 4. Innovation -Contribute to the continual improvement of the deliverables and processes -Pilot and introduce new ways to address business issue Desired Profile Masters or PhD in relevant discipline including health economics, epidemiology, health services research, or public health. Additionally an MBA is desirabl English fluent 5-8 years conducting pricing and market access/health economic and outcomes research for pharmaceutical products in the pharma industry, contract research organization, or academic institute Global market access/pricing experience required Expert technical knowledge in payer market research/CI Experience in working with sources of payor & market ac-cess information, HTA databases, pricing data and disease epidemiology databases. Formal training in a clinical science or basic physiology desirable, with disease area expertise Expert technical knowledge in Health Economics/HTA/PMA Ability to work and prioritize independently Proactively identifies opportunities and new approaches Demonstrated prior research accomplishment (e.g, publications) Experience 5 - 8 Years Industry Type Pharma / Biotech / Clinical Research Role Product Development Manager
