Business Planning and Analysis Manager

This role is responsible for providing strategic P&L, operational and finance leadership for the General Medicines business. The role serves as a proactive business partner to the business leader and team to drive initiatives, growth, business strategy and profitability.

Major accountabilities:

- Partner with the business leader and team to drive operating performance
- Support for developing the formulation of business and financial plans, including budgets, forecasts, strategic plans etc.
- Driving profitable growth by providing proactive analysis of results and reporting key metrics while advising the leadership team on risks and opportunities, as well as recommending actions
- Challenge contributors to the budget process to ensure that all assumptions are robust and commercially sound
- Maintain budgeting and forecasting models to support the planning process
- Participation in brand teams, providing financial advice and challenging proposals for new initiatives to ensure acceptable ROI
- Participate in the preparation of various reporting decks (such as budget, strategic plan and business reviews), which are presented to the Regional Office
- Take ownership of identifying and driving productivity initiatives across the business
- In depth knowledge of the business in order to drive the monthly Rolling Forecast process for respective Business Unit
- Work with the business to continually define and maintain the relevant IT platform and requirements to support analysis and improve data visibility, whilst ensuring data integrity
- Lead/Support cross-functional projects to drive simplification throughout the organization and to improve rigor in key Finance processes, reducing costs & improving profitability
Minimum requirements    * Education: MBA major in Finance or CA/CMA/CPA/CIMA from a reputable institution
* Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools (TM1) & SAP skills desirable.
* Language Proficient in oral and written English and Bhasa Indonesia
* Experience 5-6 yrs similar experience
