HR Admin Support

Responsibilities: 1. GM Support Consolidate weekly report Manage and update GM's schedule Prepare documents, travel reservation, run errands for GM, etc File & manage information 2. Staff Schedule Prepares and issues monthly staff schedule Liaison between AGM Sales and AGM operations Tracks staff leave Prepares reports on attendance and punctuality for TSM to review Maintains store team leave records 3. Payroll & Commission Responds to staff pay queries Assist on all approval commission and incentives to store teams Produce and distribute staff sales productivity 4. Staff Training Co-ordinate training Tracks delivery and maintain training records Requirements: O Level and above Minimum 1 year experience in related field Good knowledge of microsoft windows applications
