Incident Manager

Technical:- 1. Play a technical advisory to the respective domain for technical trouble shooting. 2. Bring out a snap document about shortcomings in the product that is supported technically. 3. Raise problem TT for repeated incident on the same issues. 4. Create documents on managing shared, dedicated and collocation setup. 5. Associate with customers setup through ticketing system to understand the technical setup. 6. Propose technical improvements that would help Incident Management productivity.
