Branch Manager
Job Description
Leads the Branch team in achieving the bank's financial, operational, sales, service and strategic objectives. Provide superior banking service to customers in a professional manner. Provide customers and prospects with a clear understanding of the value of doing business with NPB and affiliates. Expand and increase customer relationships through successful selling and/or referring techniques. Performs or supports the supervision, training, coaching, and evaluating of staff. Professionally represents NPB through external community business development activities. Ensure all company, division and departmental policies, regulatory and compliance concerns and procedures are effective and implemented.
* Leads the Branch team in achieving the Bank's strategic objectives.
* Identify customer needs and sell/refer appropriate products and services.
* Ensures multiple customer demands are met to provide maximum service.
* Responsible for hiring, coaching, supervision, training and evaluating staff.
Qualifications
* High School diploma or GED, college degree or equivalent business experience.
* Superior service, sales, and interpersonal skills.
* Minimum two (2) years financial services/sales experience.
* Leadership and supervision experience preferred.
* Proficient oral and written communication skills.
* Retail lending and business development experience preferred.
* Ability to multi-task.
* Involvement in Community activities or organizations preferred.
* SAFE Act NMLS Federal Registration.
* Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
* Ability to travel to other community office locations or to training as needed.
* Ability to move coin, up to 35 lbs.
