Business Development Manager - Latam
1) Achieve annual sales targets and related metrics through the acquisition of new business in the assigned territories. 2) Recognition of contracted revenue from existing customers. 3) Develop relationships, and execute agreements organically with current and new accounts. 4) Effectively manage existing customer base. 5) Ensure that all proposal / contract details, client meetings, pipeline reports, and RFP information is captured and maintained within designated CRM system. 6) Coordinating meetings with internal / external stakeholders / project teams within existing accounts on issues from contract development and pricing to project status reports. 7) Routine activities include attending identified trade shows, development and execution of key account plans, routine customer visits, and achieving individual sales plan in conjunction with the Vice President International Business. 8) Knowledge of Spanish is preferable. 9) Proven record in formulation sales in international market (Latin America). 10) 5-8 years of experience into pharma trading. Territories to be handled: a) Paho, b) Columbia, c) Peru, d) El Salvador.
