Group Leader-operations

1) Collection of Sign offs from MDM + SSA (Quarterly Sign Off) - DEO Sign Off QPR - Ensuring Zero Penalty 2) Ensuring and Collecting Monthly Reports from Zonal Coordinators in prescribed Format 3) Submit the Project Monthly Report to PM 4) Collecting Sc Visit Report from all ZCs - SSA + MDM 5) Preparing Summary of the School Visits by SCs and submitting it to PM 6) Corrective Actions taken Report Against Defaulting SCs 7) Collecting ZC School Visit Plan for coming month and submitting it to PM 8) Collecting ZC Visit Report from all ZCs - SSA + MDM 9) Preparing Summary of the School Visits by ZCs and submitting it to PM 10) Corrective Actions taken Report Against Defaulting ZCs 11) taking the updates on SC Attendance from ZCs 12) Verifying the SC Attendance against the previous month SC Visit Reports 13) Sending the SC / ZC Attendance to HR 14) Collecting Vendor Performance Report from all ZCs 15) Collecting Call Performance reports from all Vendors 16) Summarizing both above Reports and submission to PM 17) Identifying Pain Areas and making Corrective Action Plan. Submission to PM Vendor Review Meetings and Corrective Action Plannings 18) Ensuring Staff Member should submit Resignation Letter atleast 15 days in advance. 19) Replacement should be completed before LWD of the Resigned SC/ZC 20) All documents should reach HR before the Joining of the new Staff Member 21) Proper induction should be done for New Staff Member well before the SM taking the responsibility 22) Proper handing Over should be done while replacing an existing staff member with new One 23) Coordinating with HR to ensure Appointment Letters etc reaches the Staff Member before the SM taking the charge 24) Summary of Resignation / replacement should be submitted to PM 25) ZC Review Meetings should be conducted every Month 26) Agenda and Obseravations Reports with Each ZC Performance Report should be submitted to PM 1 week before the schedule of ZC Review Meeting 27) Status Report on last ZC Review Meeting to be submitted to PM 28) Minutes of Meeting of Review Meeting to shared with PM and ZCs 29) Keeping track / updates on status of Minutes of Meetingon daily basis 30) Report on status of CCP Classes and progress to be shared with PM 31) Keeping records of Registrations under GKS 32) Coordination with GKS for ensuring timely delivery of Course material to respective GKS Batch 33) Keeping track of Progress of the Trainings undergoing at each district 34) Submitting Summary of GKS Trainings to PM 35) Minimum 10 Schools Visits per Month from 3 districts 36) SC Review Meeting to be attended atleast for 1 low performing district 37) Meeting DEOs for Feedback and PR building - Minimum 2 DEOs / Month 38) Intimation of Burglary to be provided to HO- within same day of the Incidence. 39) All documents HM's letter, FIR etc + Eng Translation should reach HO (Scanned Copy) within 2 days of incidence. 40) Engineer's report to be taken within 3 days in case of Fire or Flood. 41) Cumulative Burglary Sheet to be updated - Ongoing Salary:INR 3,00,000 - 3,50,000 P.A Industry:Education / Teaching / Training Functional Area:ITES, BPO, KPO, LPO, Customer Service, Operations Role Category:Voice Role:Team Leader -(NonTechnical)
