Solution Sales Expert
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for all aspects of sales of NICE’s Service to Sales solution. This role combines the ability to uncover and drive sales opportunities with the ability to work in an overlay model and leverage the existing NICE sales infrastructure.
* Drive business and quota attainment of Service to Sales solution.
* Engage with prospect organizations to position NICE’s Service to Sales solution through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
* Establish multi-year business plans with the accounts and communicate within NICE to gain internal support.
* Ability to manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while expanding existing accounts.
* Carry and achieve the annual quota for the Service to Sales solution
Education:
* Minimum BS or BA degree
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 yrs. experience successfully selling CRM and/or Marketing Automation solutions to enterprise accounts.
* Ability to develop relationships with C/VP level marketing executives to sell based on business value.
* Strong technical and industry knowledge of Marketing Automation solutions
* Strong communication and presentations skills
* Ability to perform detailed discovery and design processes
* Ability to be proactive and flexible
* Team Player
