Provide day-to-day support to local India HR Generalists and Line Managers on C&B policies and processes. Supporting the Hiring team in compensation guidelines and framework. Work closely with regional C&B team and Local HR leader to develop and implement new policies and procedures relating to C&B in India. Working with the Regional and Local HR leader team to drive globally consistent programs such as pay ranges, positions & structures, compensation & benefits advice, industry surveys and compensation program communication. Network and manage relationships with outside consultants/vendors/competitors C&B practitioners including participation in appropriate industry C&B forums. Understand and implement different incentive plans based on levels and function in the organization. Ensure systematic payroll program for employees/Expats to ensure seamless and error free processing. Carryout all payroll and non-payroll statutory compliances error free and on time.
