HR Assistant

Job Summary As a HR Assistant, you will provide effective and efficient HR support to the HR leadership team, HR department and company. HR operation support Attend and address general HR queries, requests and feedback from team members Support HR activities such as process request of company letters Support team members on their end of employment contract such as attending to team members’ queries and support home leave logistic arrangement, e.g. air ticket arrangement with travel vendor. Ensure proper documentation, filing and P-files records maintenance for record retention and audit purpose Support service award program for site Oversee administration for benefits/recognition program Perform basic SharePoint/website maintenance Perform HR reporting and data compilation as requested by Business Partners/Analysts Employee Service support Administer company transport claims from team members Auditing medical billings for medical center Represent HR in company committee(s) to promote the welfare of team members General Administrative Tasks Perform general HR office administration, including maintenance and/or purchase of office equipment, stationery & supply, and processing cheque requests etc Assist in logistical support for HR events and meetings Requirements: Experience, Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Minimum 3 years of HR related work experience Ability to exercise discretion in handling confidential and/or sensitive information and matters, and treat them in strict confidence Demonstrated ability to multi-task with minimal supervision Customer-focused with the ability to provide efficient delivery of service in a fast-paced environment Strong administrative and organizational skills with an eye for detail Good interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word) and other IT applications (e.g. SharePoint) Education Diploma in Human Resource Management/Business Administration or relevant qualifications
