Position Summary


    * The Finance and Administration Officer is responsible to provide quality support across a range of administrative
      duties to ensure smooth running of the Gaming Control & Compliance team.
    * Primary Responsibilities
    * Provides a high standard of administrative and project support to the department, ensuring the office is operated in a professional manner.
    * Performs general administrative duties as required, e.g. typing, photocopying, facsimiles, ordering of office supplies and filing etc.
    * Manages the flow of correspondence and communication to the department, ensuring telephone and written correspondence requiring attention are prioritized, accurate and thorough.
    * Maintains a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external people.  Ensures the Non-gaming Control & Compliance department is accessible to those people who require contact or assistance.
    * Managing the vouchers request sent from inter-department, ensure proper documentation and approval are obtained before voucher release.
    * Liaises effectively and efficiently with other departments on behalf of Gaming Control department to convey and source required information.
    * Ensure the office is operated in a professional manner, make educated decisions and assist in providing resolutions to problems that arise.
    * Ordering and stock-keeping of Finance stationery.
    * Ensures confidentiality of restricted or sensitive information.
    * Coordinates the schedule of managers and assists in following up deadlines.
    * Develops and maintains reports as required.
    * Distribution of monthly comp report to all comp executives and ensure proper sign off or email approval being received from user.
    * Managing all casino related vouchers stock, ensure documents with proper
    * Follow up with IT on all comp user account set up and comp right granting in Casino Management System.
    * Coordinates and handles any ad hoc administrative duties or projects required by Director, Non-gaming Control & Compliance.
    * Handle the storage and issuance of non-gaming related vouchers.
    * Provide administrative assistance when required to other Finance departments

Key Performance Indicators


    * Good and friendly communication manner
    * Display a high commitment in delivering and improving customer service
    * Develops and maintains constructive relationships with colleagues and external visitors
    * Timely completion of delegated tasks with accuracy





    * At least 2 years administration working experience
    * Familiar with computer applications including Microsoft Office products
    * Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
