Dispatch Center Agent

Position Summary

Support and coordinate for the leasing of vehicles for the entire Mass Market team. Update the latest data to support the mass market report.

Primary Responsibilities

    * Coordinate all activities related to Limousine bookings
    * Collect and update all bus headcounts, both in & outbound.
    * Constant communication with all related departments to handle enquiries and booking arrangements.
    * Provide and support limo service for related parties.
    * Data input to support daily, weekly & monthly reports.
    * Handle administrative activities in a timely manner.
    * Support the daily operation of Dispatch Centre and the entire Mass Market team

Qualifications

Experience

    * Working experience in a similar capacity.
    * Sound knowledge in the local transportation and travel industry is a plus.

Education

    * High School graduate.

Skills / Competencies

    * Reading, writing and basic oral skill in English, Cantonese and Mandarin communications, knowledge of other language is a plus.
    * Computer literate.
    * Have exceptional telephone manners.
    * Be flexible on working days and time.
