Part-Time Usher

Description

    *
      Check and collect tickets at the attraction entrance
    *
      Maintain the queuing/crowd control when necessary
    *
      Direct and lead guests to their seats
    *
      Render assistance to patrons in need
    *
      Keep all aisles clear so as to comply with the fire regulations
    *
      Check and help with small chores for the cleanliness and tidiness of all concerned area
    *
      Handle complaints in a courteous manner and report major problems to supervisors
    *
      Provide correct information and assistance to audience re venue facilities such as toilet, exits, catering areas & bar services etc.
    *
      Evacuate the audience as per Duty Manager's instruction when necessary
    * Deal with all aspect ensuring the patron's satisfactory experience

Qualifications

    * Practical ushering service or customer service experience preferable
    * At least Form 5 standard
    * With appropriate front-line experience preferable
