Senior Manager

Overview: The Senior Manager helps clients with lean process healthcare-related programs; it’s specifically responsible for the following:
* Serves as a training source for all Lean related activities with assigned Clients
* Serves as a facilitator, trainer, and advisor to assigned Clients on all Lean Healthcare-related activities
* Creates and documents Process Improvement (Lean Healthcare) Plans with assigned Clients
* Formalizes and administers continuous improvement activities that will drive Lean methodology and Lean quality tools throughout the Client’s organization
* Audits progress using Lean tools(i.e. A3’s, PDCA’s, etc)
* Assists with documenting and communicating Lean and Process/Systems “best practices” and standards
* Supports the development and certification of internal Client Lean facilitators and instructors
* Assists management to develop methods to determine and track financial and quality indicator impact of improvement activities
* Develops project plans, schedules, and road maps for process/systems improvement implementation and on-going follow up
* Develops, implements, and maintains lean healthcare and quality related metrics and reports that reflects the progress and sustainability of lean healthcare
* Facilitation of 5-S training sessions and 5-S Blitzes and Events throughout the Client’s organization
* Facilitation of Kaizen/Rapid Improvement Events throughout the Client’s organization.
