Application Analyst (J2EE/Java)

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Experience in design and development of web-based J2EE system
  • Working experience with Oracle database
  • Hands-on experience in web-based development in HTML, JavaScript, Java Server Pages (JSP)  and J2EE (struts, spring, hibernate)
  • Able to develop and support J2EE (specifically for Weblogic 8.1 and above)
  • Able to analyse and troubleshoot problem in J2EE
  • Experience in Object-Oriented Design, and familiar with UML notations
  • Fresh graduates and J2SE/J2ME developer who is looking for a switch into J2EE development are welcome
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain web application in portal using J2EE (Struts, Spring, Hibernate)
  • Interface with external system
  • Provide software maintenance such as bug-fixing and implementing change requests,  performance tuning and enhancements
  • Fronting users at times are required
