Documentation Department

Job Description

• Counter-Check certificates received from supplier against customer’s PO and our PO to suppliers.

• Expedite/follow-up with suppliers for documentation submission.

• To prepare/submit drawings/documentations for customer’s approval and compilation of final documents.

• Ensure proper filing and documentation for easy access by staff.

• Update Management with documentation submission status.

• Attend to customer’s comments on technical specifications and drawings (preferred)

Job Requirement:

• Min ITE / Diploma in Mechanical / Mechatronics

• Min 2 years of working experience in an Engineering Company

• Computer literate and AutoCAD knowledge would be an advantage

• Possesses a positive and willing to-learn attitude

• Females preferred

• Only Singaporean / Malaysian PR need apply
