Manager - Sales and Business Development (PVC Expo

Prime responsibility is to ensure sales and business development of FCC Products in India. To achieve budgeted targets on sales and introduce & develop new accounts in the region for profitable growth. Responsible to establish good relations with the decision makers at Key Accounts. Closely work with the Regional Head, BU FCC to work out strategies for business growth in India , help in preparing sales budget and forecast and give regular and timely feedback on market information, competition pricing and SWOT of FCC in India. Compliance of the annual sales budget (budgeted volume / value) in line with BU targets. To identify potential customers and work closely with technical and marketing team in FCC HQ to accomplish projects for ensuring long-term business growth of the BU. Manage the Direct Key Accounts across India and responsible for managing existing channel partners sales & market development activities Responsible for launching new products and planning advertising campaigns. Managing distribution network across the region for sales vs targets. Interfacing with clients/Customers to understand their requirements, advising solutions accordingly and ensuring product / service support. Monitor, analyze and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior and competitor activity to identify market opportunities, adjust marketing strategies and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions. Identify potential long term projects (> 2 years) and work closely with the technical and commercial teams of the key customers and BU FCC Global team in consultation with Regional Head, BU FCC. Responsible for key account parameters like demand, planning & forecasting accuracy for sales. Managing Account Receivables / Collections targets on monthly basis across India. Ensure proper maintenance of DSO & DSI targets for BU FCC Co-ordination between different functions within company to carry our the business development function such as logistics, administration, ISO compliances etc. Salary:Not Disclosed by Recruiter Industry:Chemicals / PetroChemical / Plastic / Rubber Functional Area:Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category:Retail Sales Role:Sales/Business Development Manager Education:(UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Chemical, Plastics, B.Sc - Any Specialization) AND (PG - MBA/PGDM - Marketing) AND ( Doctorate - Doctorate Not Required) M.Sc in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry OR B.Sc in Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry + MBA with min 8-10 years experience.
