Back Office Sales Executive

1)Telecalling to customers for increasing sales. 2)Ability to support and facilitate Sales representatives in all day-to-day sales activities. 3)Follow up on leads from various tender notifications, events and related activities. 4)Ability to interact with people within and outside the organization. 5)Product / Services selling and follow-up with existing & new customers. 6)Run mailer campaigns to generate qualified prospects/leads. 7)Schedule face to face meetings and conference calls. 8)Achieve Targets such as number of opportunity raised. 9)Provide support in contract closure and documentation activities. Salary:INR 90,000 - 2,50,000 P.A. Conveyance + Incentives Industry:IT-Software / Software Services Functional Area:Sales, Retail, Business Development Role Category:Sales Support Role:Telesales/Telemarketing Executive/Officer Education:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization) AND (PG - Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization) AND ( Doctorate - Any Doctorate - Any Specialization, Doctorate Not Required) 1)Should have at least 1 yr of experience in telecalling. 2) Good Communication skills and knowledge of administrative functioning, knowledge of CRM management, back office management, coordination between different departments, making quotations. 3)Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4)Customer Sales, Support/ Coordination/Telemktg exp preferred. Ms Office & Emails 5)Very good in follow-ups, willingness to learn on-job on Technical aspects.
