HRIS Support

Assist in the implementation and on-going support of a global HRIS platform as per project timelines. Leverage understanding of both the HR and IT domains to ensure the technical aspect is fit for purpose based on process design inputs from end users and subject matter experts. Understands technical limitations and proposes alternatives to meet requirements. Phase 1 implementation has been completed. Phase 2 and beyond will be managed and executed by in-house resources, therefore this role must work closely with the team to ensure robust documentation of the implementation and learning process to facilitate successful implementations in other phases. Post implementation will be available for technical support enquiries whilst also working on the next market roll out.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of Success Factors globally across KU as per project timelines
  • Troubleshoot problems and interface with vendor to resolve technical problems when escalated by the users
  • Understand the technical aspect of the SuccessFactors system and then convert that into documented technical guides for internal resources
  • Support further market roll outs and implement modifications and enhancements to the system
  • Work as part of the HRIS team to understand HR data and processes
  • As a secondary contact assist line managers and employees with queries related to the system
  • Coordinate the data import file creation and file transfer to 3rd party vendors
  • Leverage understanding of both the HR and the IT domains to enable XML related changes within the system based on required needs 
Adaptability Requirements: 
  • High - Position requires comfort dealing with ambiguity and change in project requirements. Able to identify root cause to technical issues in the system and provide solutions for the same.
Working Conditions:  
  • Phase 2 will be focused on Singapore however this role is expected to provide ongoing support to all markets within global operations
Experience and Education: 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 2+ years of work experience in a similar role with focus on the implementation of an HRIS, preferably with SAP or Oracle ERP experience
Key Competencies: 
  • Basic understanding of HTML and JavaScript or preferably basic XML coding skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks simultaneously, meet deadlines, while effectively managing priorities and communicating progress
  • Working experience in HCM or related modules
  • Good communication skills
