Customer Service Executive

Job Description: Export • Shipment processing and follow-up (Monitoring of loading, actual payloads, MMA labels, data updates in TCS) • Arrange for documentation/ shipping advice to the respective offices • Ensure completion of shipment handling at exporting side • Follow- up on tank movement status where required • Invoicing and accruing cost for month end closing. • Process Tank Containers Activity Report & others reports • Present quotation to customers, in accordance to calculation approved by TC Compliance Centres or TC manager. Import • Receipt of shipping pre-advice and arrival notice from carrier (Check and update Imports TCS movement status) • Check for tank details, EIR, shipping terms, and correct charges are invoiced by load port office. • Issue arrival notice to consignee • Receive instruction from customer or agent for clearance & delivery instruction. • Coordinate tank cleaning, repairs and release from depot Requirement - At least 1-2 years of experience in Customer service, shipping, transport and supply chain management or trading industry - Experience in ISO Tank background will be advantage - Degree/diploma in business related discipline and/or certificates in import/export Interested applicants, please submit detailed resume to JanDec HR Services Pte Ltd Email: jobs@jandec.com.sg Pre-requisites: Min.
